In a burnout coaching program, you can expect personalized support tailored to your specific challenges and goals. This includes identifying burnout triggers, learning stress management techniques, setting realistic goals, and developing strategies to enhance well-being and resilience.

You will need one hour weekly for your coaching session. The intersession exercises may take from 0-30 minutes a day. Being busy AF is actually a perfect time to complete your coaching because of the focus on workload reduction and self-care planning. However, during a “lull” in your work schedule may be better. if you are unable to squeeze in an hour a week, plus 0-30 minutes a day.

Burnout coaching may be a supplement to therapy but is NOT a replacement for psychotherapy from a licensed professional. Your initial screening will help determine if burnout coaching is appropriate, or if more intensive psychological support is needed. You may be referred to a psychotherapist at anytime through the program as the need arises. Remember that unlike most burnout coaches, Natalia is also a Licenced Socail Worker ( a therapist) and is trained to screen for clinical diagnoses.
